Entry Dates & Deadlines

• Key Club Dates & Logistics
  • Regular Registration:
    • Deposit Deadline: Upon registration in the USAG sanction.
    • Registration closes: When full or Nov 15, 2025
    • Final roster deadline: Nov 15, 2025
    • Scratch deadline: Nov 15, 2025
    • Final payment deadline: Nov 15, 2025. No Refunds will be issued after this date.
    • Level change deadline: Dec 31, 2025. Pls note level changes after 11/15 are not guaranteed and depend on space availability in new level.
  • Late Registration:
    • Space available registrations will be accepted from Nov 15 through Jan 10th, 2026.

Athlete Entry Fees

• DP Level 2 – 5, Xcel Bronze/Silver/Gold, Club Boys
  • $135 per gymnast
  • $75 per team entry (Top 3 scores count)
• Xcel Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire
  • $145 per gymnast
  • $75 per team entry (Top 3 scores count)
• DP Level 6 – 10/Open
  • $150 per gymnast
  • $75 per team entry (Top 3 scores count)
